Job Summary:
The Vice President of Health and Human Services (VP of HHS) is a key member of the executive team, reporting to the CEO, who will support the overall direction and strategy for Ibility. The VP of HHS will focus on driving growth and revenue generation within the Federal Health sector, with a particular emphasis on the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Defense Health Administration (DHA), and other federal health agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth Planning:
- Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy in alignment with overall business goals, with a focus on Federal Health.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships within HHS, DHA, and other federal health agencies.
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape within the Federal Health sector to inform strategic decisions.
Sales Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing sales and proposal team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within the Federal Health sector.
Develop and manage sales proposals that meet the specific needs and standards of federal health clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and expand the customer base within HHS, DHA, and other relevant federal health agencies.
Conference Attendance and Industry Engagement:
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events focused on Federal Health.
- Identify key conferences and events that align with the company's growth strategy and objectives within the Federal Health sector.
- Prepare presentations, speeches, and other materials to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and growth plans in the context of Federal Health.
Network with industry leaders, potential partners, and customers in the Federal Health sector to build relationships and identify new growth opportunities.
- Gather and share insights from industry events to inform the company’s growth strategies and initiatives.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence within the growth team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior growth or marketing role, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth.
- HHS, DHA, or Federal Health experience outside of VA (PREFERRED).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in the following MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
