Job Description:
The Claims Service Representative is responsible for providing superior customer service on all inbound warranty claims calls. Tasks include assessing claims, troubleshooting, advising customers as to the levels of their coverage, communicating regarding ongoing actions, and working with contractors in a manner that enhances the reputation of the company through prompt, professional service. This position is people helping people!
Responsibilities include:
Handle a high volume of customer claims calls and verify entitlements in accordance with the standards of service and contract coverage. Work with customers throughout the U. S. to troubleshoot and isolate problems. Write and respond to customers and contracted tradesmen in a professional and concise manner. Use good judgment and guidelines when handling difficult situations to ensure customer retention.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous Claim or Customer Service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
