Job Title: Marketing and Administrative Assistant
Overview:
Our top-producing local real estate company is seeking an energetic, creative, and service-oriented individual. This is an opportunity to support a dedicated team of real estate agents and participate in a growing company. This candidate will assist with daily operations and the company's online and community presence. The ideal candidate will be organized, engaging, computer savvy, and able to support a team that works both on-site and remotely. Professionalism and excellent communication skills are required. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, administrative skills, and a desire to build and support a vibrant and positive team culture.
Duties:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, managing correspondence, and office organization.
- Coordinate projects and assist in project management tasks
- Manage phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Proof and maintain organized company transaction records to verify they are compliant
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Promotes and supports a positive company culture and brand presence
- Promote the company brand reputation and communications with customers and clients via direct mail, email, Google Business page, Facebook, Instagram, and other sites as determined
- Create and manage engaging social media content, print media, video and other marketing and advertising avenues while adhering to brand standards in a timely and economical fashion
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace for office organization as well as Microsoft Office and Adobe for document creation and editing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with project coordination and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of or experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Experience with Canva design software is a necessity
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling software
