EPE is seeking a Technical/Engineering Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team to support our continued growth. This highly visible role will allow you to make a direct impact by influencing our brand and attracting top talent.
How you can make an impact:

Deep experience with sourcing and engaging passive candidates

Partner with recruiters and managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing/recruitment strategies.

Develop targeted campaigns to identify talent; developing staffing fulfillment plans to address identified gaps and future needs.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.

Create compelling messaging that highlights the exciting opportunities and the global impact candidates can contribute to at EPE.

Utilize various sourcing and recruiting methods and tools to engage and attract engineering talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the hiring process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Maintain accurate sourcing and screening notes and documentation within Applicant Tracking System – iCIMS experience preferred.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to effectively source and engage with candidates.

Advise team on market and talent sourcing trends and insights.
Qualifications:
Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:

2+ years’ work experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced technical environment.

Able to quickly understand complex technical concepts and apply that understanding to build an effective sourcing strategy.

Expertise with passive sourcing techniques, including strong knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searches and social media recruitment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships.

Be a team player actively contributing to the team's success through knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.

Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Location: This position preferred location is Hybrid / Austin Texas but will also consider remote applicants
