Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide effective support to our users.
Duties:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN, TCP/IP, and firewall configurations.
- Assist in the administration of SCCM for software deployment and updates.
- Support Windows Server environments and manage computer systems.
Experience:
- Proficiency in various operating systems including Windows Server and Mac OS.
- Strong knowledge of computer management tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users at all levels.
- Familiarity with IT security practices and protocols.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
