Overview:
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to management when necessary.
- Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, including fulfillment, marketing, and product teams.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Continuously improve customer service procedures and policies.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response time, and order processing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or eBay is a plus.
- Reliable transportation.
- Drug test may be requested upon hiring.
Regular Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
