Position: Director of Operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Operations to lead and oversee our sales, logistics, and support teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the automotive auction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales, logistics, and support teams to ensure effective and efficient daily operations.
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by overseeing the entire customer journey, from purchase to paperwork processing.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate and optimize logistics operations, including vehicle transportation and inventory management.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure team performance aligns with company goals.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and finance, to support overall business objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges promptly and implement effective solutions.
