The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data and providing insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and data analysis.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Develop financial models and forecasts
- Prepare financial reports and presentations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Provide variance analysis on forecast, budgets, income statement, etc.
- Work cross functionally with financial operations, accounting, marketing, and leadership.
- Ad Hoc Projects
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Possess the drive to learn and grow
- Ability to prioritize assignments
- Ability to be organized and highly detail-oriented; accustomed to allocating time to double-check work
- Very analytical and can operate quickly with the skills to data-mine, organize, and gain insights from raw financial information
