We are looking for an extraordinary Junior FP&A Analyst to join its corporate finance team and become a true thought partner for senior management, providing business insights, high-quality deliverables, and recommendations, reporting to the Senior Controller.
- Lead the annual budget and financial forecasting process and provide monthly and quarterly reports and insightful performance analysis proactively
- Work closely with the Clinical and leadership team to develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company’s strategic objectives
- Control and monitor of Clinical Research Organizations and medical sites budgets with the ability to negotiate terms and financials
- Design reports and analysis to enable management decision-making
- Control and support the purchase process of the company
- Support Senior Controller with economic and monetary topics
- Other ad hoc tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a FP&A, including meaningful experience in the biotech industry- Significant advantage
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Efficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Display excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships and influence others
- CPA- a plus
- Cash flow forecasting experience – a plus
- Bilingual English & Hebrew
