Responsibilities of the Physician Recruiter:
- Serve as the main point of contact for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Source candidates to find top talent for our clients.
- Educate candidates on the locum tenens industry and answer any and all questions that may pertain to healthcare staffing.
- Negotiating contracts and billing rates
- Maintain a database of clients you work with and establish strong relationships with these clients for future job opportunities.
- Thinking strategically with a growth mindset
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Ability to multi task/shift focus & reprioritize as needed
Requirements of a Physician Recruiter:
- Previous experience in a Recruiting or client-facing role, preferably in the healthcare services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Proficient with computer and office equipment
- High School Diploma is required, associates preferred
