Kassin Sabbagh Realty is fully integrated investment firm focused on acquiring real estate assets in New York City and Nationwide. Owned and operated by Morris Sabbagh and Abraham Kassin, KSR focuses primarily Nationwide and maintains commercial real estate operation with experience in acquisition, financing, leasing, property management, development, and construction management.
We are seeking aggressive, motivated, and team oriented sales professionals for an Associate level positions at a prominent commercial real estate firm. The Investment Associate will be a strong, supporting member of the firm’s growing investment sales team assisting and working alongside senior brokers.
The Investment Sales Associate will:
- Represent principals in acquisitions and dispositions of real property assets
- Identify new opportunities by prospecting and generating new business
- Participate and support the team during transactions and marketing campaigns
- Have direct involvement during the sales process
- Build client relationships with property owners, managing agents and investors
- Learn from senior management in day to day sales activities including hands-on training
- Develop in depth understanding of market dynamics, values, and trends
- Become an active member in the commercial real estate industry
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Must have or be in the process of obtaining a New York State real estate license (Salesperson or Associate Broker)
- Desire to work in investment sales, marketing, and the New York City real estate market
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Must be comfortable with proactive sales including extensive cold calling
- Must have basic understanding with commercial real estate financial metrics
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Outlook and be comfortable using computers and the Internet on a daily basis to conduct research and other tasks
- A Bachelor’s degree in sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $135,161.00 per year
