T. White Parker is seeking a self-motivated, high-performing IT Governance Analyst capable of assisting clients in designing, implementing, operating, and improving federal IT governance and IT software lifecycle frameworks and operations. As an IT Governance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping to guide our federal clients through the process of establishing effective IT governance frameworks and modernizing their software development practices. You will work within an Agile project management environment and assist our clients in implementing Agile project management methodologies and activities.
The ideal candidate must be able to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels, elicit business, functional, and technical requirements, and rely on an understanding of industry best practices and federal requirements and guidance to build, improve, and execute IT governance and software development operating frameworks, implementation plans, and supporting artifacts.
Primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Eliciting and analyzing IT governance and IT software life cycle requirements;
- Analyzing industry best practices and IT governance and IT software life cycle frameworks for client fit and implementation;
- Developing IT governance and IT software life cycle model/frameworks/ operating model and related artifacts (including the development of policies, processes, procedures, and guidance materials);
- Providing consulting and support in project management, IT governance, Agile and DevSecOps alignment, and IT frameworks;
- Developing and implementing stakeholder adoption and organizational change management strategies;
- Developing and delivering training; and
- Planning and facilitating meetings (including developing agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes).
This position requires on-site client support in SW Washington, DC.
