Job Summary::
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ETL Developer to join our data team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support our data warehousing and business intelligence efforts. The ETL Developer will work closely with data analysts, database administrators, and business stakeholders to meet business and enterprise requirements using SQL and ETL Tools.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: :
- Will support teams in performing data analysis between source and target databases

Will need to develop a strong understanding of the database running in the AWS cloud, specifically RedShift, SQL Server and MySQL databases

Will support data analysis and data mapping activities

Supports in the documentation and establishment of data dictionaries

Attend client meetings and capture requirements as they relate to data migrations and transformation needs.

Experience on validating data post migration

Expand SQL skills and awareness / experience of good coding practices and ability to articulate such.

Develop Data Warehouse / Data Mart / Data Modeling / Business Intelligence concepts.

Supports the maintenance and optimization of existing ETL processes leveraging enterprise ETL tools.
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience)::
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, Network Security, or Computer Science with a minimum 2 years of experience OR a minimum of minimum 4 years of professional experience

Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting skills, organization & planning skills.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
