Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication abilities and a passion for providing top-notch customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and email customer quotations, confirmations and purchase orders
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Input vendor and customer information into database
- Answer office phone calls and be able to take detailed notes
- Packaging items to be shipped with some lightweight lifting and moving of boxes
Experience:
- QuickBooks experience preferred but not necessary
- Experience with POS systems and handling transactions preferred but not necessary
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Computer experience with email, documents and spreadsheets
