AAA Premier Medical Equipment & Supplies is a medical supply store in Athens, AL. We are striving to meet the communities medical supplies needs.
Responsibilities:
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions
- Answer customer questions and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales events
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any discrepancies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Handles telephone calls, distributes, and documents the information appropriately.
- Selects appropriate equipment for patient based on doctors’ orders and patient need/want.
- Greet customers and assist with their shopping needs
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock shelves and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to carry stock up and down stairs
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Good organizational skills and an orientation to detail is required.
- Strong communication skills a must.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Previous home medical equipment experience preferred
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with occasional Saturday work
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Retail sales: 1 year (Required)
- DME: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred
