Field Operations Manager – Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment of Health IT Specialist or Recruit, interview candidates.
- Responsible for introduction and orientation of new Health IT Specialist
- Responsible for reviewing disciplinary matters or other human resources issues with IQVIA’s Health IT Specialist
- Responsible for preparing and delivering performance reviews taking into account appropriate feedback from Client Marketing Directors and field partners

Review and approve expense reports; monitor compliance with client expense policies

Ride along on field visits in order to: assess and monitor field activity and work schedules; monitor and manage field reporting; and implement performance or disciplinary plans.
- Monitor time-keeping and attendance of Health IT Specialist
- Responsibility for all administrative tasks of IQVIA Health IT Specialist
- Act as the primary link between Client and IQVIA for all operational and human resources/personnel needs relating to the Health IT Specialist
- Provide Health IT presentations and training to internal groups as requested

Demonstrated ability to analyze, develop and execute business plans

CRM Management including, collaborate with CRM team ensuring the system is optimized, extract reports and develop monthly and quarterly outcomes.

Fully comply with all state and federal laws and guidelines, including, without limitation, those laws relating to interactions with healthcare providers, with the PhRMA Code for Interactions

Communicate with client & Director on regular and timely basis.
- 25% to 35 % travel

M-F 9 to 5 occasional evening and weekend events

The potential base pay range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000.00 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
