Must be comfortable and confident to do the following:
- Answering multiple phone lines; placing lines on hold; answering by the 3rd ring
- Send and print faxes
- Check emails and respond with professionalism
- Check voicemails
- Greeting and welcoming every client with kindness and urgency
- Take medication refills request; may also be responsible for filling medications
- Use critical thinking and prioritize according to importance
- Use a computerized client database and scheduling system
- Exposure as well as being able to clean up after fecal matter, urine, blood and vomit from cats and dogs
- Being detail orientated in all tasks including deep cleaning and note taking
- Report all concerns to the Director of Client Services or CSR Lead
- Count cash for change back to clients; able to learn and understanding our terminal system as well as CareCredit and Scratch Pay
- Use great communication skills and maintain a calm demeanor when talking to frustrated clients

Requirement:
- Prior experience with customer service skills are required.
- Must be able to work full time including every other Saturday.
- Shift starts at 7:30am and ends around 5:30pm. The shift does not have a definite end time.
- We are opening urgent care hours in the near future.
Pay Range: $18-$28
Starting pay depends on experience and value you add to the team. Raises are earned.
