Job Purpose:
The Territory Sales Representative plays a crucial role in expanding our presence in the Denver market, focusing on generating new business and enhancing relationships with existing clients. This position is pivotal in driving the growth of X3 Tradesmen through strategic client engagement and innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing X3 clients.
- Acquire new clients by effectively prospecting new opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Regularly visit construction offices and job sites to engage with client decision-makers and prospective clients.
- Educate clients and prospects on X3's unique "Workforcing" services using the "Challenger" sales approach.
- Manage territory effectively to maximize opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Must have experience working for a staffing agency
- At least 2 years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Comfortable with frequent travel to construction sites and offices, prepared to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Performance Expectations:
- Performance will be closely tied to growth in client acquisition and revenue generation in the Phoenix market. Specific targets and goals will be discussed privately.
