The Regional Vice President for Impel is responsible for leading all aspects of the operating, service and sales segments of the identified territory. This leader must possess a track record that demonstrates the ability to collect, analyze, share and make decisions timely and appropriately. This position is an integrator as other companies and value propositions are acquired. This position is located in Albuquerque and relocation is required.
Scope

Sales
1. Lead sales strategy including sales pipeline development and management throughout the territory
2. This includes cross selling and cross-pollinating opportunities
3. Plan and manage sales forecasts for branches and communicate progress against targets regularly with executive leadership team.
4. Support the annual budgeting process.
5. Identify and leverage strategic partnerships to cultivate and manage manufacturer relationships
6. Provide insights into pricing and product strategy
7. Drive revenue growth, GP% growth and EBITDA growth
8. Travel to support sales and leadership initiatives and the regional sales representatives
9. Coordinate and consult with all regions in areas of expertise
10. Provide pump application support; quoting, selecting, and sizing
Operations
1. Promotion of all value propositions across the Impel platform (Pumps, Service, Instrumentation, etc.)
2. All personnel at the branch level including sales and service
3. Provide leadership across branches around effective communication, problem resolution, coaching, and development.
4. Negotiation of large contracts, terms, pricing
5. Optimize logistics, inventory management, shipping & receiving
6. Oversee building maintenance and building systems
7. Look to build process improvements and uniformity across branches
8. Monthly financial review including revenue mix, GP%, OPEX review
9. Budgeting from an operational standpoint including capital expenditures
Qualifications & Experience
· College Degree (preferred)
· Pump Application experience required
· 20+ years of direct industry experience
· 20+ years of sales and managerial experience
· 10+ years budget and financial responsibilities
· Valid driver’s license
· Ability to pass federal drug testing and background check
Other
This position requires up to 40% travel. This can be driving and/or by plane across the territory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
