**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Parttime / Substtitute Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a key role in educating and nurturing young children in a private school setting.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to educate and engage preschool-aged children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child
- Conduct activities that promote literacy education, physical education, and overall child welfare
- Create lesson plans that align with curriculum goals and incorporate various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support the growth and development of each child
- Provide individualized attention and tutoring when needed
- Ensure the classroom environment is organized, clean, and conducive to learning
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Proven experience working with toddlers in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
- Ability to develop and implement engaging curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
