Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Retention and Administrative Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would prefer to work alone and manage their own daily schedule. They will be responsible for keeping a high retention rate, collecting payment information from customers, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers on a daily basis to collect missed payments for insurance premiums
- Maintain an organized daily schedule to keep retention high
- Process accounts receivables as they come in via mail and phone calls
- Generate, file, and mail insurance related letters that must be accurate
- Handle inbound phone calls that relate to payments and customer questions
-Manage agency and agent support
-Keep office supplies stocked and keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on customer retention
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers
- Proficiency in calendar management
- Ability to manage details and catch small mistakes
- Skilled in clerical tasks and office administration
- Familiarity with phone systems for customer outreach
- Excellent organizational skills for effective schedule management
