Case Coordinator
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the case management team
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records
- Assist with data entry and documentation
- Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care for clients
- Assist with insurance verification and authorization processes
- Collaborate with the case management team to develop and implement care plans
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical office or dental office setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical administrative support processes
