We are looking for a dynamic and experienced National Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive national growth.
Job Overview: As the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets. You will lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of the legal industry and a proven track record in sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve national sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and representatives.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base within the legal sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales metrics and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through effective sales and service strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales leadership role in the legal or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the legal industry, including market dynamics and client needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel nationally as needed.
