We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager with a specialized focus on retail and wholesale marketing. This role requires a seasoned leader adept at developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand equity, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across both retail and wholesale channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and B2B wholesale strategies.
- Oversee the design and implementation of cohesive marketing campaigns that align with overarching brand and business objectives.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure unified execution across all marketing efforts.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, inform strategic decisions, and maximize ROI.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to expand market reach, strengthen relationships and drive sales with retail and wholesale partners.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and refine marketing approaches.
- Design targeted marketing campaigns to support retail and wholesale sales efforts and increase product visibility in the B2B sector.
- Work closely with the sales team to create compelling marketing materials and presentations for retail and wholesale clients.
- Develop and execute sophisticated strategies to attract, acquire, and retain customers in both retail and wholesale segments, optimizing customer lifetime value.
- Lead the creation and management of customer engagement programs, including loyalty initiatives, referral programs, and personalized marketing efforts.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, segmentation opportunities, and personalization tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and wholesale partners.
- Negotiate marketing agreements and collaborations with retail and wholesale partners to maximize brand exposure and sales opportunities.
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment with retail and wholesale partners to achieve mutual business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mortgage marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retail and wholesale strategies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns in retail and wholesale environments.
- Deep expertise in consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and B2B wholesale marketing.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from one hundred thirty thousand dollars to one hundred sixty nine thousand dollars, determined based on the applicant's experience, skillset, education, training, certificates, and licenses.
