We seek an administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail oriented and skilled in developing and maintaining workplace and customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Maintain contact list
Produce and distribute work orders, letters and forms
Develop and maintain filing system
Order office supplies
Provide general support to customers and visitors
Handle multiple projects
Prepare and monitor invoices
Receive, sort and distribute mail
Ready packages for UPS pickup
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying and scanning
Working knowledge of Quickbooks
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Bilingual a plus
