While our job description might sound formal, we are a relaxed (but busy!) work environment (who wants to wear a suit to work? Not us.). We are centrally located on the Boston University campus, near public transit, but we have parking (if you need it). We also try to be flexible with schedules to accommodate the needs of our employees. If you are respectful, responsible, and put in the effort, there are lots of opportunities for (attainable) bonuses. We love rewarding hard work and positive efforts. We need part-time and full-time positions filled Monday through Friday, as well as weekend shifts, and/or a mix of the two. What are we looking for? We are looking for a result-driven Relocation Sales Associate. Don’t have experience? That is OK. Most of our great sales team didn’t have experience either; we happily train the right individuals. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their relocation needs, answer their questions about our relocation products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
