Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Skills:
- Excellent phone system skills
- Strong guest relations skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems
- Ability to handle front desk operations

Please note that this is not a remote position. The Front Desk Agent will be required to work on-site at our hotel location.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
