At Monument, we’re building a vertical software platform for the self-storage industry. This is a rare opportunity to reinvent a $30 billion market from the ground up.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be accountable for managing parallel projects across four software development teams, ensuring that they are completed on time, on budget and with high quality. You are the facilitator of our product process - you will own it, hold people accountable to it, and drive it to successful completion.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain a product roadmap that outlines the direction and priorities for product development, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and product vision owned by the CTO.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline key deliverables, action steps, and resource allocation, and ensure they are executed on time, on budget and with high quality.
- Take actions with the teams to ensure alignment on project plans, set priorities, resolve cross-team dependencies, set goals and milestones and ensure they are met.
- Own Scrum ceremonies across all teams, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Standups.
- Communicate progress to executive leadership, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Facilitate and drive the documentation, prioritization and incorporation of customer feedback and requests into our product roadmap.
- Monitor project risks continuously and adjust plans as necessary to minimize impact.

Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role at a software company.
- Certified Project Manager Professional
- You have experience successfully managing complex tracks of work in parallel.
- You have experience participating in Agile ceremonies and processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming and standups.
- You are goal-oriented and set high standards for yourself and others.
- You set yourself apart with your thoroughness and attention to detail.
