Our Receptionist/Office Assistant plays a critical role in receiving and transferring calls and providing assistance to department managers as assigned.

The Receptionist/Office Assistant reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and the role is responsible for:-
- Receiving and forwarding a calls through a multiline telephone system
- Greeting and directing job candidates, clients, visitors and customers
- Ordering Office Supplies and Medical Supplies
- Receiving and distributing mail on a daily basis
- Putting together applicant files
- Making up various folders for new hires and healthcare professionals
- Filing, photocopying and scanning documents
- Tracking TB testing and results
- Scheduling in-office training courses
- Preparation of conference rooms for meetings and training classes
- Assisting other member of the Management team with various projects as requested
- Working closely with the Human Resources Manager to assist with new hires and special projects as requested
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with computers, including data entry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- High school education or equivalent (required)
