Job Summary:
Leading the team of maintenance and paint techs, this position will oversee facility maintenance. He/she will ensure that all equipment is kept in good running shape and that preventative maintenance is completed and tracked daily. This includes hands on maintenance as well as providing direction in person or over the phone while supporting the central region.
Essential Duties
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for facility
- Weekly meetings with all mechanics and paint techs to review maintenance
- Conduct certification training for all mechanics and paint techs
- Monitor daily CTQ (Critical to Quality) audits for paint and stencil systems
- Weekly site walk, reviewing maintenance
- On-call for system emergencies and troubleshooting
- Work with Vendors on improvement measures for the paint lines
- Maintenance Management System inventories, repairs and maintenance updates
- Responsible for Centralized parts ordering: Parts quotes, working with third-party vendors on pricing; Oversite of location parts inventory ; Validates the need for par

Requirements:
Must have extensive mechanical background with working knowledge of electrical power distribution and control systems
- Capability to troubleshoot complex automation systems
- Welding: MIG, TIG, ARC, Stick and Gas
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to systems that are unfamiliar
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Education, Skills and Experience:
- Technical certification, Associate’s Degree, and/or minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience with PLC programming (TIA Portal)
Work Conditions:
- Work is performed in an indoor fast paced environment
- Travel up to 20% based on business needs
