POSITION SUMMARY
Serves the financial needs of Magnifi Financial members by helping members identify financial goals and objectives from financial analysis. Identifies appropriate insurance and securities products to meet their goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recommends and sells investment and insurance products, based on the needs of the member.
- Manages client portfolios by monitoring and reviewing their holdings on a periodic basis to ensure proper allocation and product selection.
- Develops and maintains an awareness of investment product trends, economic news, equity markets, interest rate movements, and insurance product offerings.
- Follows established insurance and securities compliance guidelines, and strictly adheres to all Magnifi Financial policies.
- Builds relationships with branch staff and provides education on Wealth Management capabilities, in order to build a referral base.
- Makes referrals to appropriate Magnifi Financial departments in order to meet banking needs of members.
- Actively participates in community relations efforts to build visibility of the Wealth Management program and grow referral base.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent.
- Three years’ experience in investments, insurance or equivalent.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Series 7 & Series 63/65 or Series 66 Securities Sales Licenses, Life/Health Insurance Licensed
- Valid Driver’s license and auto insurance with minimum liability limits within Magnifi Financial policy
