Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who is eager to drive revenue and get rewarded for it. We are an emerging company, bringing 1-800-STRIPER to the Atlanta Metro region, with significant opportunities to grow and fill bigger shoes as the company accelerates. Our Account Executives are responsible for building and nurturing connections with decision-makers to sell premium parking lot maintenance services, specifically parking lot painting. You will act as a key connector between our business and customers to build our brand, establish trust, and drive sales.

We are now bringing that expertise to the Atlanta Metro region. 1-800-Striper has worked with some of the top Paving, Sealing and Property Management companies, as well as building owner-operators across the country. We take pride in delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Account Executive Responsibilities
- Aggressively and respectfully prospect our target accounts inside the I285 Perimeter:
- Property owner / operators
- Property managers
- Facility managers
- Other pavement service providers (for referrals and subcontract work)
- Become fully competent at creating accurate estimates for our services and delivering professional proposals to prospects
- Develop expertise at incorporating upstream services into our proposals when required (e.g. sealing and pavement work)
- Move prospects effectively through the pipeline and be a key contributor to accurate revenue forecasting
- Log all prospect and client interactions into our CRM system, Hubspot, and all estimates in using estimating and workflow system, ServiceFusion.
- Drive our pipeline KPIs to deliver pipeline growth and revenue generation – MQLs, SQLs, SQOs, closed won / closed lost, no decision.
- Follow up on leads from our call center and digital marketing efforts, but also harness your own prospecting efforts across multiple channels, including direct emails, phone calls, LinkedIn outreach, participating in relevant events and in-person canvassing.
- Negotiate price and terms within the context of 1-800 Striper guidelines
- Analyze blueprints, specifications and other documentation to assist in accurate estimates and proposals
- Work closely with the operations team on service delivery and to address any customer concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Construction Management
- A minimum of five years in direct sales, not telemarketing or inside sales
- Understanding of reading and estimating from blueprints
- Knowledgeable in and proven abilities with estimating in a paving, landscaping or construction type environment viewed as a very strong plus
- Excellent math and geometry skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Compensation
Base salary plus attractive incentive compensation plan.
