We are looking for a highly ambitious sales professional with HVAC experience and a proven track record. Successful professionals in this role today are tenacious, critical thinkers, and have strong closing skills.

Job Responsibilities:*
- Responsible for handling all sales leads furnished by the company in a timely and professional manner, communicating the disposition of each lead with Sales Manager.
- Accurately design and quote solutions for customers, including photos, floor plan sketches, and required load calculations.
- Responsible for executing proper follow-up procedures with every customer.
- Ensures that client expectations are met and kept throughout the duration of the project to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Develop profitable sales and acquire customers through our established sales and marketing program.
- Make recommendations to the customer regarding the different options they have to resolve their wants and needs.
- Identify new business opportunities by performing direct sales activities and provide support to the administrative personnel as requested.
- Communicate to the consumer on the proper operation and owner’s maintenance of the installed equipment.
- Answer related questions as to operation, features, and functions to the homeowner.
- Provide required documentation for each installation. Have client sign necessary paperwork and collect payments as directed.
- Develop self-generated leads through networking, data mining (from existing client records), and referral generation from previous clients.
- Uncapped earning potential through sales commission and bonus structure.

Requirements:*
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- 3 or more years’ experience in HVAC Sales
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Working knowledge of computer-based programs.
- Strong Follow Up and Closing Skills Organizational Skills

Pay:* $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year + commission
