Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in supermarket refrigeration (racks) as well as HVAC; experience with appliance repair is a plus, but not necessary. This is NOT a field position, so if you're at a point in your HVAC/R career where you're ready to guide and direct others, then this is definitely for you. (This position has a significant administrative component, so if 'computers aren't you're thing,' then 'service management isn't either.)
Duties:
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage service advisors and technicians, providing guidance and support
- Handle auto estimating and service pricing in alignment with company standards
- Coordinate tire services and air brake repairs as needed
- Improve profitability by promoting better service practices and procedures
- Transmit accurate information between customers, technicians, and operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC operations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R diagnostics and repair processes
- Proficiency in service writing and customer communication

Pay: $85,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
