Job Description:
As a BCBA at Ohana therapies, you'll be a pivotal part of our mission. You'll be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and overseeing ABA programs, and working closely with individuals, families, and caregivers to facilitate lasting change. In this small but dynamic team, your contributions will make a significant difference in the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional behavior assessments.
- Develop and oversee personalized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to our dedicated team (mid-level supervisors and BT's)
- Monitor client progress and adapt interventions based on data.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and caregivers.
- Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in the ABA field.
Experience:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities, special needs, and autism
- Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing behavioral therapy interventions, and collecting and analyzing data on client progress
