Responsible for promotion and Account management of Toshiba’s Semiconductor products. Manage relationship with key accounts on a direct basis or with support from our independent representatives and distributors.

Manage Toshiba’s Semiconductor Sales activities in the designated region.

Manage Manufacturer’s Reps and franchised distributors in the territory to drive assigned short, and long, term objectives.

Create, and execute, promotional strategies for assigned accounts.
- Develop deep customer relationships to enable successful Design Win and revenue enhancement activities

Gain functional knowledge of assigned vertical markets.

Provide project visibility, coordinate activities, and act as an advisor to immediate manager.

Foresee and solve problems where there is little precedent to guide the solutions.

Proven experience as an Account Development Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Excellent sales acumen and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic account development and new business acquisition.

Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform account development strategies and decision-making.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
Salary Range: $132,800 - $225,100
