Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, software, and hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
- Set up and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
- Monitor and respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including computer networking and LAN connectivity.
- Document and maintain accurate records of support activities.
- Monitor and support VoIP phone systems
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
