Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Manager with a strong background in the fast food industry to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced establishment. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for service excellence, team development, and operational efficiency. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our brand's standards, driving sales, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, inventory management, team management, and financial accountability.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention while optimizing profitability.
- Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluation, to ensure a competent and motivated team.
- Ensure the maintenance of health and safety regulations to provide a safe working and dining environment.
- Conduct regular reviews of the restaurant’s financial performance and develop action plans to achieve financial targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions and campaigns that drive business growth.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain the restaurant's reputation and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the fast food industry, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of fast food restaurant operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and finance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
