Overview:
This role supports the efforts of two to three project managers engaged in important work implementing software used by large global clients engaged in clinical trials bringing drugs or medical devices through the FDA approval process. It is an excellent entry-level opportunity to learn more about the Project Management profession and gain the necessary skills to begin a career in Project Management.
About the Role:

Work under the direction of assigned Project Managers to implement our SaaS solution for clinical trials sold to large pharmaceutical clients.

Serves as a point of contact to address day-to-day operational items, such as responding to emails, scheduling or updating schedules and timelines.

Directly communicates with clients to respond to their requests on a timely basis. Seeks advice or information from assigned Project Manager to provide accurate and timely information to clients.

Manage and support client-requested training.

Draft Agendas for internal and external calls and capture the minutes from those calls.

Works with the Project Manager to help update technical specifications for software implementation.

Manage and help oversee timelines and work with the internal teams to check on timelines and deliverables status.

Have a willingness to take on additional Project Manager responsibilities.
Requirements:
About You:

B.S. is preferred with 1-2 years of related work experience

Strong interest in working in a "client-centric" role with exceptional client communications skills, both verbal and written

Strong skills with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint

Exceptional attention-to-detail

Desire to work in the life sciences/SaaS industry

Problem-solving skills and ability to advocate for the client to provide the right resources and response for client requests

Experience with SalesForce is a plus
