Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations in food and beverage industry to oversee our bar/restaurant's daily operations and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, operations management, strategic planning, and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the bar/restaurant
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing processes
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set company goals and objectives
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Manage projects to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach
