General Job Description
-Assist General Manager with onboarding, training, coaching, and hiring and termination of new and existing employees.
-Open and close business on a rotating schedule ensuring all standards, policies, and procedures are met or exceeded.
-Maintain and ensure all inventory levels of coffee, tea, Free tyle syrups and product, are maintained, inventoried, ordered, and rotated based on expiration dates
-Schedule Front of house staff based on business needs and appropriate availability of staff weekly by Thursday EOB.
-Maintain and clean all FOH machinery, ensure cleanliness and scheduled maintenance, and report any issues to general manager. Examples: all coffee machines, POS systems, terminals, printers, walkie talkies, phones, time clock, ice tea machines, ice machine, beer cooler, etc.
-Ensure staff have been properly trained and follow through on opening and closing duties, side work, and standards, and follow through on training and corrective action when needed.
-Ensure a professional relationship with kitchen staff under the supervision of the head chef and be diligent of staff and management entering or exiting kitchen areas during peak times.
-Enforce, learn and emulate all staff policies and maintain communication in regard to discounts, uniforms, taking home of unused food, proper ringing up of goods both for staff and customers.
-Serve as a point of contact/lead and be physically present at FOH every shift from 11 am-1:30 pm, serving in whatever capacity best supports front of house team.
-Collaborate with head chef to execute and create daily specials and communicate specials and menu changes to staff in person and via Humanity.
-Ring at registers when needed and support staff during peak times.
-Serve and make coffee drinks when needed.
-Serve a s a role model with exemplary service and attention to customer service and interactions.
-Make an hourly sweep of facility, ensuring crews are getting breaks from ALL departments, grounds are clean, polished, debris free, trash is empty, bathrooms are clean, paper products are stocked, gift shop is in order, and standards are in place in regards to customer flow, service, and setting.
-Create master list of all FOH inventory, vendors, phone numbers, identify what we need, have on hand, and want.
-Create pars inventory sheet/books, and train staff to identify, update, inventory in your absence.
-Report any and all staffing, customer, maintenance, operational concerns to GM in writing.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
