As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter - HR Generalist to join our team.
Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and versatile Recruiter - HR Generalist to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and provide HR support across various functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our hiring needs, as well as assisting with various HR initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including utilizing social media, job boards, networking, and other channels.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and selection criteria.

Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and track recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness.

Assist with other HR functions as needed, including employee onboarding, orientation, and HR administration.

Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related role.

Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.
