Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to optimize patient outcomes and enhance customer service.
- Monitor medication inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure adequate stock.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to promote safe medication practices and improve patient health outcomes.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support staff development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of prescription orders, patient information, and regulatory compliance documentation.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical practices.
