Description
Our client, an insurance company, is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join their team! This is a hybrid onsite / remote role based either in Atlanta or NYC and will require you onsite 1-2 days per week (but is flexible based on schedules).

Key Requirements:
Experience managing Google Ads or Microsoft Ads and creating strategies used to optimize.
Experience with machine learning bid strategies, which include tCPA/TROAS
Looking for acquisition KPIs such as sales / leads/purchase, cost per conversion, conversion rate, and ROAS
Experience with Paid Media, SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliate.
The Digital / Growth Marketing Manager will:
manage their paid media + SEO channels to reach small business owners across the US
develop / execute digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
design A/B testing strategies, and measure / report on channel results
handle the day-to-day management of their performance marketing campaigns to drive new customers for their direct-to-consumer business
work with agency partners for execution of their digital campaigns across SEM, paid social, programmatic, affiliate, and SEO
leverage data / insights to improve campaign results + make changes as-needed
The Digital Marketing Manager has:
4+ years of experience in digital performance marketing (agency experience AND experience brand-side from a financial services or insurance company is a plus)
proven, hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, and optimization across their platforms (listed above)
experience with SEO (link-building, and content development)
A/B testing experience, and ability to interpret data / analytics
ability to come onsite to their office as-needed (1-2 days per week, sometimes less)
