Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing guest services, ensuring a positive customer experience through effective conflict management and cash handling.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage guest services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise with guests in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about services offered
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise staff and manage guest interactions
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
