Blue dragon ABA is seeking BCBAs who live in Nebraska for at home/at school services. We offer a great work environment and lots of flexibility for our staff.
Our ideal candidate would have strong communications skills and is empathetic in caring for children and families with autisms. Leadership skills in ensuring a great experience for our RBTs is required.

- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to address target behaviors.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff.
- Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis and maintain BCBA certification.
