The Pay:500k+ (base salary + production and performance based pay with director fee/override participation)

We broker multifamily properties for internal acquisition into our investment funds and ventures, broker to 3rd parties across the entire Southeast, and cross sell our world class family of services consisting of “A” class luxury development, new construction, property management, financing and capital raising. We succeed in meeting market demand head on and we are looking to the marketplace for a president level leader to expend our efforts regionally and help us to define and execute our growth strategy. We are armed with a proven track record, a high velocity capital driven mission and potent multifamily marketplace penetration capabilities.
The Opportunity:Lead, coach, train, and expand an existing commercial brokerage and sales force focused on building a robust acquisitions pipeline in order to meet significant capital deployment demand. Market and dispose of an expensive dispositions pipeline. Source off-market multifamily real estate opportunities for private and institutional level buyers and partners (includes all classes of assets). Evolve and expand the existing brokerage and sales team in terms of its head count, operational effectiveness and regional presence. Design and execute market penetration strategies in terms of team expansion into specifically selected Southeast real estate markets. Build and maintain a 1B+ multifamily asset pipeline serving internal investors as well as third party clients. This leadership and business expansion opportunity is highly lucrative, compensated through heavy performance based pay, director fee/override participation and will partner closely with senior executive leadership to ensure success of all related efforts.
