Miller Chicago is hiring an assistant property manager / maintenance coordinator to help oversee its Chicagoland Real Estate Portfolio.
Past experience in maintenance, property management, logistics, and / or vendor management is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance & capital improvements
- Troubleshoot maintenance requests
- Coordinate bill pay & accounts receivable
- Walk through bidding processes & field bids from vendors
- Oversee service contracts
- Coordinate weekly updates & reports to property owners
Requirements:
- Own your own laptop (PC preferred) and smart phone
- Reliable transportation (your own car)
- Problem solver / quick thinker
- Possess experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Bonus Qualifications:
- An active Illinois Real Estate License
- Quickbooks experience
- Buildium or other property management software experience
Compensation:
- Starting hourly pay based on experience
- Set your own hours, part or full time
- Opportunities for leasing / sales commission also available, if licensed

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
