Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Russellville, AR seeking a part-time or PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our esteemed team. Requirements:

Certified Occupational Therapy License actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas.

Previous acute COTA experience

A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities

Performing OT, documenting / charting patient progress, updating OT or Case Manager on patient status, etc.

Other OT duties as assigned
