Our client, a leader in offering top-tier services in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Program Management, and more, is seeking a Quality Management Implementation Specialist and play a crucial role in supporting the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). Your expertise in quality assurance and regulatory compliance will ensure WMATA’s success and safety.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Support QMS Initiatives: Help maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet regulatory requirements.
- Documentation Excellence: Coordinate, develop, and review quality documentation to align with internal standards and federal guidelines.
- QMS Plan Enhancement: Revise the Quality Management System Plan (QMSP) to ensure organization-wide quality and compliance.
- Outreach and Training: Assist in promoting QMS programs and developing training materials.
What You Will Bring:
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of SharePoint or other document management and collaboration tools.
- Experience: Min. 5 years’ experience in Quality Management and Quality Improvement, Quality Management System implementation, experience supporting the implementation of large-scale projects, initiatives, or product implementation. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 or equivalent quality management frameworks. Public transportation/rail experience is a plus.
- Skills: Self-motivated requiring limited oversight. Work on/deliver multiple tasks effectively. Work periodically as individual contributor developing plans/presentations/various materials. Develop project plans and ensure timely delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; or 7 + years equivalent experience in quality management.
- Communication: Excellent written/oral communication skills to interface with executive, senior and mid-level management driving large-scale initiatives successfully throughout the organization.
